For over three decades Jayne and Belinda have worked in the industry and since 2005 when they founded Cutting Company, they have been dedicated to moving the business forward.

They are blessed to be joined in the business by Belinda’s daughter Poppy, and their team of skilled and trusted hairdressing professionals.

Poppy has a burning desire to learn new techniques and trends which she enjoys introducing to the Cutting Company family. Her deep passion for the art of colouring hair specifically balayage has enabled her to become an incredibly creative and skilful colourist. She uses her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience to provide a unique tailored service, that meets every clients needs. Her commitment in reinvesting in herself has resulted in unparalleled training with the likes of Emily Mander, Tia Lambourn and Jaye Edwards.
Over the years Poppy has developed a strong, loyal clientle, of which she hopes to continue to grow looking forward.

A previous Educator and Internal Verifier for Lipson and Eggbuckland colleges who looked after many salons in the South West, Louise clearly knows her stuff.  

Styling for over 25 years, her passion is for cutting the right shape for the right person - and never being scissor happy. What we love about Louise is she’s the sparkle of the salon, if there’s a fashion trending she’ll know about it and guarantee to keep you up to date. She knows what she's talking about but really lets you feel understood.

"I really love my job and the personal relationships I have with my clients.'' Louise is an all round fantastic hairdresser for cuts,colours, perming, children and barbering.  She’s got plenty of character and banter if you wanted to come in the salon to have a bit of fun she’s your girl!

Shelly is a skilled hairstylist who specialises in colour correction, precision cutting, and special occasion hair ups. She takes the time to develop a deep trust and rapport with her clients, believing that it is critical to achieving a great result. Shelly has over 20 years of experience in the industry. She enjoys restoring a client's hair to health and natural beauty while allowing them to feel confident and happy again. Shelly is now deeply involved in training the salon apprentices, sharing her knowledge and creating the next generation of stylists, thanks to her broad experience and approach to colour.

Shelly previously trained in the field of wig fitting, working closely with patients undergoing treatment to cut, colour, and style wigs to best suited to them, giving them confidence moving forward with their treatment.

Amanda’s impeccable style, personal warmth and sense of humour has led her to form lifelong friendships with so many of her clients

Amanda’s past experience of running salons radiates through her cool calm persona, with over three decades of experience in colouring, cutting and styling
Amanda enjoys making her clients feel confident and beautiful and believes that every client deserves to have a colour that enhances their natural features whilst enjoying an amazing salon experience.

Michelle has been with Cutting Company since 2006 and loves the variety and creativity in her work.
Being one of our original stylists Michelle has built up a very loyal client base. She uses her knowledge and experience to ensure each client has a style personalised to them, enhancing their look whilst enjoying great service in a luxury setting.
She draws on over 3 decades of salon experience to deliver bespoke looks. 
She sources great pleasure in her work from listening closely to her clients and translating their needs and wishes into a wonderful style they will adore.

Olly has been creating natural beautiful colour for her clients for over two decades and has never stopped loving her job. Her years of experience has given her a unique expert perspective on hair colour and the stunning ways in which professional colour can transform a style. She enjoys working on looks that leave her clients hair looking sun kissed, natural and of course, beautiful.

Chloe is a highly skilled and talented beauty therapist with a passion for nails, facials, eyebrows, massage and waxing treatments. With over 15 years experience and many qualifications she provides her clients with the very best treatments and products. She enjoys a wide range of diverse treatments and utilises her knowledge and skills to build a customised treatment list that is perfect for each client.

Hannah has worked in the beauty and wellness industry Since 2004. She has had the privilege of working in various environments including award winning and 5 star Salons, Spa's and Hammam's. Building up a wealth of experience in both beauty and holistic treatments.

"I believe that beauty goes beyond just the surface. It's about feeling good from the inside out and taking a moment to recharge and unwind. My aim is to tailor make my treatments to help client's feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I particularly enjoy performing massage and facial treatments as they allow my clients the time and space they need to fully relax and recharge."
